Deposit

A credit card or direct deposit is required to confirm a booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours from tour departure will be offered a full refund. There will be no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure.

A 2.5 % surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Prices valid until 31st March 2011.

Please request price if your tour is scheduled from 1st April 2011.

Cancellation Policy

There will be times when the influence of mother nature on a program or activity means we need to amend or cancel the program. It is a decision purely based on safety and overall enjoyment of an activity. When we cancel a trip we will refund any money paid in full.
